This is an animated gif that was created in the early 2000’s for Webshots, which was the first photo sharing website with an emphasis on public sharing. Papaha created hundreds of ecards with many of them being humorous animated gifs for all occasions. Many of the ecards focused on office humor which drew large amounts of commercial traffic back to Webshots. They also purchased photography, Flash animations, contracted design and artwork from Papaha. The company was eventually purchased by Excite@Home who went bankrupt in the dotcom crash and was bought back by the original owners.
