Divine Lila
Oil paint on broken tempered glass, 9″ x 11″, 1998
This artwork was created through an elaborate process of applying oil paint on both sides of tempered glass. The glass is then broken and the shape is created by crumbling away excess pieces of glass to compliment the imagery. The painted glass is then mounted on a similar shaped piece of wood.
